
Scott Kramer
Vice President of Sales
Scott Kramer serves as the Vice President (VP) of Sales for Ferroworks LLC, overseeing commercial strategy and customer relations company wide. With over a decade of multifaceted industry experience, Scott brings a combination of engineering expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and people-centered leadership to the organization.
In his current role, Scott is responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the business, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction. He leads a team that spans customer service, outside sales, and production planning, working cross-functionally with operations, quality control, and executive leadership to ensure profitable, on-time delivery and strategic growth.
A graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics, Scott also holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Working at McConway and Torley from a Test Engineer to the VP of sales makes him uniquely suited to navigate both the engineering and business dimensions of the forging industry.
Scott is focused on driving sustainable, diversified growth for Ferroworks—expanding beyond the traditionally cyclical rail sector into new industries while hoping to maintain strong relationships with legacy clients.
