Ken Zajaczkowski

Ken has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FerroWorks since November 2024, and has responsibility for Finance and IT. He has extensive general and financial management experience across a variety of industries, spending 26 years at the Scott Fetzer Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, and held various positions including VP of Finance and CFO. He has also held diverse leadership roles in general management and operations of industrial, consumer products and medical device companies. Since 2017 he has been the CFO of private equity backed companies in residential services; industrial and transportation products manufacturing, including a successful exit as CFO of Morbark LLC. Ken began his career and spent over 8 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ken is a CPA and graduate of John Carroll University.

Ken’s goals for FerroWorks are to complete the carve-out from Arcosa – with systems and processes; grow revenues and EBITDA, and increase value for its shareholders.
