Scott Mautino

Scott Mautino is an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with decades of hands-on experience in operations, strategic planning, and industrial leadership. As the COO, Mautino oversees all aspects of production, including manufacturing, engineering, human resources and procurement. In his responsibilities as COO, Scott ensures that the company operates efficiently and provides long-term business growth plans.

Mauntino graduated from Penn State Baron with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Through his 37 years of service with our company, he has held many positions ultimately advancing to Chief Operating Officer. Scott relies on his extensive hands-on experience, technical training, and deep commitment to learning through action.

As a strong advocate of mutual respect and shared accountability, Mautino believes in the individual importance of every employee. He strives daily to create a culture of respect, inclusion, and operational excellence.

Since being acquired by Stellex in 2024, Scott’s focus has shifted to guiding FerroWorks through a new phase of improved operations and generating new business in a competitive and ever-changing market.
