Brian Loughridge

Brian Loughridge serves as the Vice President of Operations at Ferroworks, overseeing all aspects of production company wide. Since joining the company in 2010, Brian has been instrumental in driving success for Ferroworks.

With a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, an MBA, and AutoCAD training, Brian brings a strong technical foundation and strategic mindset to his role. He also served eight years in the U.S. Navy SEAL team, which instilled in him the discipline, resilience, and leadership that define his approach today.

Brian is committed to expanding Ferroworks’ footprint beyond railroad components into a more diverse and dynamic product mix. He has a bold vision to greatly increase output, position Ferroworks as the nation’s leading circular forging facility, and grow market share in competitive segments like axle manufacturing.
